For tow trucks and transporters who are thinking of joining.

  • What does it cost?

    A basic profile is free: name, address, phone, WhatsApp, three photos and two services. Premium is a monthly subscription whose price depends on the country of your business address, from €4 (for example Morocco) to €15 (for example the Netherlands or Germany). It gives you up to 30 photos, all services, live mode, a place at the top in your region and statistics. We never take a commission on your jobs.

  • How do I get customers?

    Customers search by service and location and see the providers near them. They call or message you directly. Depanna does not stand in between and charges nothing per job.

  • When am I “verified”?

    As a registered business you send us your registration (for example KvK, ICE or SIRET). After we have checked it, you get the “Verified business” badge.

  • What if I am a private individual without a company registration?

    That is possible in countries where it is common, such as Morocco, Turkey and the Balkans. You sign up with your name, address, phone and e-mail, and we verify you by text message and e-mail, without uploading an ID. Customers see the label “Private individual” on your profile.

  • How does live mode work?

    With Premium you switch on live mode in the app when you are on the road. Customers nearby then see where you are. Switch it off and you disappear from the map within a few minutes.

  • Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes. Premium can be cancelled monthly; you keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for. Your basic profile stays online for free.
